fix auto nvm sauce

currently the nvm.zsh works perfectly when changing into a directory, however if a terminal opens in a directory with an .nvmrc file the hook doesn't fire and it doesn't set the proper version of nvm.

Below we see the failure and then how changing out of and into the directory makes it work.
