Heroku deployment issue

when deploying heroku error "an unexpected error caused the job to fail"

After deploying to heroku, even if you generate anothere string session it is showing error

After deploying to Heroku, even if you generate another string session it is showing an error string duplicated.

get_chat_member will raise UserNotParticipant if any user not a member of the group tries to click on the buttons. which would result in a just a spinning circle, and eventually would result in a notification from @BotFather, saying Too few answers to callback queries.

NSFW Project

I am a CTO at WALTB and we are building video chatting application.
In our application, we need to implement NSFW processing and I need your help.
I tried yahoo NSFW engine and it's a little slow than we need.
We need to process image within 30 ~ 50 ms but yahoo engine takes 70 ~ 80ms.
