Hey man having issues installing this:

This normally happns due to: https://stackoverflow.com/a/36129219/1137669

Basically seems like something has been published with the .git directory.

Writing to file will error out

When running "npx concat-licenses LICENSE.lib.txt", I get this error:

ERROR: Writing to file requires exactly one parameter!

When looking at the code, shouldn't bin/concat-licenses actual check for argv._.length > 1 instead of >= 1?
