Update and add more tests

Our tests don't run on this plugin and the test data is really out of date, Foreman 1.15 we should work on getting tests to pass, add new tests, and update the test data at some point.

Add Rubocop support to plugin

On all our other plugins for Hammer we have Rubocop support, we should add it here

Add hide_blank to connection results on proxy settings

Notice in my output we have HTTP Proxy and Ignore proxy nil but we still show the fields, we should hide them if the value in the DB is nil
