Nuget install doesn't copy Cogworks.ExamineFileIndexer.dll to website bin

I installed via Nuget, and Cogworks.ExamineFileIndexer.dll was not copied to bin. Had to copy/paste from the packages folder. My project is a website, rather than a web app, since I am using Umbraco Cloud.

I had this same issue in July 2017, the last time I installed this package via Nuget. See post on our.umbraco forum: https://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-cloud/86649-should-i-use-nuget-or-our-to-install-cogworkexaminefileindexer-in-a-website-project#comment-274907.
