A problem with horse abandonment (ghost-owning) in general: How about land rushers and horses? It seems like the first few people on at the start of the rev go about locking all the horses and leaving them to roam for the remainder of the rev, whereupon they then get stuck in an infrequently loaded chunk.

Solution: Horses become permanently locked (current behavior) when locked inside a protected region owned or permed by the rider (to satisfy breeders), or saddled anywhere. Unsaddled Horses are temporarily locked for one real time week, to deter ghost-owning on horses. It still leaves the possibility of someone obtaining an early saddle and going wild, but it's a step up in the difficulty of obtaining a horse while increasing availability to all.

This rev I only ever found one wild horse after coming a month in after the start, but I've seen dozens of unsaddled horses roaming around.

So I reset the worlds on my server. Not a big deal, I thought, but I forgot all about CCorral. So when I tried to corral another horse, it denied me. Even after resetting the config.yml and even deleting the CCorral jar, it didn't work.

The statistics displayed by /horse-info seem to be off. Testing in-game suggests that the values displayed by the zyinhud mod are more accurate.
