Queues not working

• The IsFull() and checking of how this->tail is being incremented is causing a problem.
• The python code is similar but somehow shits itself halfway, i don't know why:
  • the Print() function doesn't work
  • the same self.tail and self.IsFull() issue (how to increment self.tail.
