What's about the time complexity of using useReducer for render list here?

Hi Robin,
This is Randy, I'm new to React js. For those two days, I've been reading your blog a lot. It's so helpful.

Here I would like to discuss the time complexity of using 'useReducer' for render list.

I did some change for the initialTodos in example.

const initialTodos = [];
for (let i = 0; i < 1000; i++) {
  let obj = { id: "id" + i, task: "learn react:" + i, complete: false };
  initialTodos.push(obj);
}

And then run the app and I can feel the lactency of clicking checkbox.
Basically, for click one checkbox, the 'todoReducer' has to iterate the whole 'initialTodos', which means the time complexity is o(n) for one operation here.

So, generally speaking, for using useReducer to render list, is this a common case? or I just pointed a corner case.
