Make it look prettier

Right now it's more unsightly than roadkill. Should add some glitter to make it passable.

Pause sending messages if list is empty

No reason to keep sending empty messages if the list is empty. Once the rotation is paused, it should go into a replicant watch to start it again once an item is added.

Allow configuring hold timer per-toast

There should still be a global config with a sane default, but also allow overriding it for individual toasts.
