Add a jumpurl to existing list items to be able to edit the notes via the default FormEngine

It should be able to view the note without the need of opening the edit view. A modal that displays the notes message and other details would be a nice way.

Add a counter to the toolbar button to keep track of how many unread notes we have in the list

The notes that has been read, need to be relocated to the top of the list of read notes. The sorting should be updated as well to reflect the new order.

Finishing the create modal to be able to add new sys_notes via the toolbar

Personal notes should get the "viewed" state to get marked in the toolbar if they aren't viewed by the user, yet
