Note: Updates arrives slower on Google Play Store and F-droid store. The apps must be checked by playstore while rebuilt completely on f-droid. Playstore usually delays updates by few hours or 1 day to be max in most cases while F-droid can take upto 4 days to show latest releases. So if you want faster releases you can get it from github or wait for playstore to make update available.

Option to mute in-app sounds

As there's a way to remove animation, I'd like to also toggle sounds.
I realized that when deleting a task, an awful sound comes out from speakers.
Please let me remove it.

[Feature Request] Ability to disable swipe to delete

On my phone it's very easy to accidentally delete a task while scrolling through tasks, if my swipe gesture is not vertical enough.

Therefore, it would be nice to have the option to disable swipe to delete in the app settings.

Alternatively, we could also have a way to undo the last action, which would be useful when one accidentally deletes a task.

Hello there!
I was thinking that it could be really useful to be able to add secondary tasklists and to manage their settings separately. Like having an "agenda" list using dates and a basic to-do list without dates for example 🙂

Disable sound

Like you can disable animation you should be able to disable sound.

[Feature Request] Automatically set reminder day to today

It would save lots of time to me if the day was automatically set to the first day possible(today)
Or, also, it should work without setting the date but just the time(so it repeats everyday. Maybe it is already so but it does not work to me

Material You themed icon & pickers

The app itself is styled, but the launcher icon and the date / time pickers are not.

Optimization possibilities

A description in the tasks write-up and synchronization between multiple devices.
With an Offnen stand type sycthing or webdav would be options that I would most like to say webdav but the other would also be okay:) the project I like optically well:)

Strange backspace behavior in task creation dialog

Reproduction steps:

1. Enter my test text in the task name but do not add the task yet
2. Delete the last word with backspace to get my test as expected
3. Delete one more character to get mytes and notice that a space character has disappeared

Also works with longer strings. There seems to be something about deleting the last letter of the second-to-last word that causes the proceeding space to disappear.

completed tasks should fall to the bottom of the list

please provide the feature to automatically move completed tasks to the bottom of the list. currently they stay in place, but are marked as completed.

Disabling "Use 24 Hour Clock" does nothing. It still shows up in the "Add Task" menus.

[Feature request] ability to do things from notification panel

When notification of task arrives, the two options 'done (or complete)' and 'snooze' will be handy actions

Using 'Done' will mark task as completed and 'snooze will open date and time field

Fastlane issue: en-US shortdesc much too long

Just to let you know that your short_description.txt for en-US is much too long. Per specification, it is limited to 80 chars; everything beyond that will simply be cut off. So you might wish to correct that. Thanks in advance!

App crash on deleting item

There's a bug in version 2.3.8 where when you delete task the app crash.

I am aware of this bug and will fix this as soon as possible in next release.

[Feature Request] Android tasks integration

Could you please consider adding standard Android tasks support so we can use DAVX5 to sync tasks with our servers like nextcloud?

When user completes a tasks when he ticks task checkbox, have ribbons and other animation to make it satisfying :), ofc you can make animation toggable

Examples are telegram app when one answers right question and also in Birday as when there is someone's birthday on current day

Make the donation process easier (to support development)

Please add direct cryptocurrency addresses within the app. Easy tap and donate without leaving the app: I don't want going around to websites. I don't want support FIAT economy.

TRX, AVAX, LTC, BTC, XEC, BNB, SOL, BCH, ALGO, XTZ, XDC, DASH, FTM, XRP, ADA, XMR addresses available for donations (addresses have to be copyable).

No longer go around websites (outside the app). See the new way: everything happens within the app (even offline).

[Feature Request] Change repeat frequency

Absolutely love this app; it would be great if we could change the frequency of the repeats, though. Instead of a tickbox for repeat everyday, just a "repeat" tickbox and then with what frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, custom for every Tuesday&Wednesday, etc.) would be fantastic. Thank you!

I think that title looks very annoying and rude, so text should be bigger with md.sys.color.on-secondary color and background with md.sys.color.secondary color. Also it should shrink on scroll, I think. Also I can make figma layout of this, if you like

[Bug] Notification for completed tasks

I ran into an issue where a notification shows up for a completed task. This happened yesterday and today for the same task. The notification showed up when I started my phone but also while using it normally.

Currently user can add only one task and for subtask he has to make other tasks

It will be great if one can make a main task with reminder and date with subtasks below it

User can make a main task and by tapping it, subtasks will open

e.g : a grocery or supermarket as main task (reminder time x , date y)
And subtasks are onions, potatoes, oil etc.

Also, bar for tasky app on top is somewhat big, can you reduce the length...

enhanced notification options

I love this app, many thanks. It would be great if we could have different notification types that we can select on each task: ie notification 1, 2, 3... or very important, low priority etc or whatever the title might be. This is so in android settings > apps > notifications, we can personalise the ringtone for each different type of notification so when we hear certain sound we are immmeditely reminded of that particular task without turning screen on

Now there is only one 'reminder' and if you look at for example protonmail notification settings you can see what i mean. I hope you guys find this feature request cool
