Missing theme files in version 1.1.13, extension does not work.

When installing version 1.1.13 in a new installation of VS Code, it refuses to load the themes. It looks like this is happening because all the theme files are missing from the newest version of the extension. I tried removing and reinstalling the extension several times, but the files would never load.

Here is what the extension folder contains when installing the extension in a fresh version of VS Code.

Reverting to the older 1.1.12 version seemed to solve the problem. It contains all the correct files.

Possibly an automated build gone wrong?
