Ticket update notification

Dear thammanna,

I love this integration! It is really great for our team.

Are you working on extending the plugin so that it posts modifications on a ticket?

Plugins

The plugin is working correctly with one exception. $ticket->getSubject() produces no output.

I can't find anywhere in any file or google search a list of these variables. I'm not a very proficient programmer, just know how to modify enough to get the job done.

Is this the correct variable or should I be using something different?

If I had any idea how to do it I would...

Bad link for tickets

The plugin works perfectly for me except the ticket link.

in fact, a / (slash) is missing between the domain and scp

example:

http://domainname.comscp/tickets.php?id=1475

instead of

http://domainname.com/scp/tickets.php?id=1475

Plugin configuration

The plugin configuration (Webhook URL) is set to Slack's Incoming WebHooks URL including the HTTPS as shown in below image.

This is tried and tested on osTicket Version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)

v1.9.6 (9adad36)

Does this support 1.9.6?
It's not showing up for me in add new plugins.

group id

Hi I'm trying plug in and it's working still with 1.14.5 version.
The only issue I have is with a group ID.
My group id start with - and it's not allowed to use it in configuration, any reason ?

integration issue on 1.9.6

Plugin is not working on 1.9.6. I am able to add the hook & enable it. But doesn't show any alert on ticket creation (email and support portal)
