And 1 second activation time is TOO LOW.
Must be more than 10 second cast time to be balanced.
Now marines cant even react to Defile ability in time.

Major problem to understand how ability "neurotoxic" works.
Should have a better description
example
"Defiler injects neuro on claw or tackle/throttle. Neuro causes pain and slowly stuns"
