Bitcoin Exchange Rate Program

Using the CURL library ( https://curl.haxx.se/ ) for network request of the following
bitcoin exchange rate: https://blockchain.info/ticker

The information is presented in JSON format.

Use of the nlohmann JSON library (https://github.com/nlohmann/json) is necessary to
handle json data format.

The program will eventually print the current exchange rate:
