Thinking about making this ready for VS 2015?

Concurrently this repo is not clone-and-run capable, because packages, project files and dependencies are out of date and wont work properly with VS2015. Maybe add this as an extra public branch?

Grid Hub

Please show a signalr hub that supports server side data paging/sorting/grouping/filtering.

Where is the advertised remote service code?

The example https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/remote-data-binding claims that the code for the https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/service/Northwind.svc/Orders remote service is in this github, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Where is it?
Why is it not findable?

kendo ui 使用append给父节点添加子节点后,这个子节点的点击事件无效,有大神可以解决吗
