Remember ignores (request)

Would love it if this addon remembered which slots were ignored, or at least have an option to always ignore shirt and/or tabard ("/esu ignore st" for example).

Blizzard's new button in the EquipmentManager overlaps this mod's "Update" button, making it unclickable

In WoW 3.2.0 live, USEnglish client/server, Blizzard added a new button to the built-in Equipment Manager: "Equip". Its positioned in the identical place where EquipSetUpdater's (version 3.1.0.2-Beta) button ("Update") is: in the middle between the two buttons at the bottom of the updater.

Due to the new "Equip" button overlapping this mod's "Update" one, its now impossible to click "Update", making the mod unusable.
