How can I download bitstorm. In the page Downloads are no files!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Bitstorm on a server that runs ipv6.
2. Announce any torrent.
3. See in the error of the client: "Error: Cannot update peer: Column 
ip_address cannot be null"

The field $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] returns the IPv6-address of the client. This 
is not possible to insert into the database.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download bitstorm
2. Go to announce.php
3. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2bin() in 
/var/www/html/bitstorm/announce.php on line 205

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I think I expected to see a blank page as this is bittorrent tracker.

Instead I see:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2bin() in /var/www/html/bitstorm/announce.php 
on line 205

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Currently Bitstorm allows anyone to add anything to the tracker. I'd very much 
like to use for transferring big files between the participants of my video 
projects without offering the whole Internet a public tracker. So, no need for 
full-blown user management: a single, static username/password pair would 
suffice very nicely.

Hey, after 1 torrent comes in, it will run fine, but if I remove the tracker 
from the torrent, I cannot load any other torrents to the tracker.
