Should be as simple as pip install nepcal_applet

A full calendar that can be navigated just like the default calendar you see.

Config file is missing or not readable. Using defaults!

this is seen after finxing appindicator3

sudo apt install gir1.2-appindicator3-0.1

The main part would be to write code for conversion dialog. You can then use adbs.ad_to_bs or adbs.bs_to_ad (https://github.com/techgaun/ad-bs-converter.py) to do the conversion.

I installed xfce4-indicator-plugin and pip requirements. And sudo make install ran successfully. But when I run nepcal_applet, I get the following error.

Did I miss something?

The icon path needs to be fixed so that the flag appears properly
