How can I connect this code with WhatsApp chatbot instead of web chatbot? Can you please help me

Please change
"Under settings, change the Messaging Endpoint to your Ngrok connection"
to
"Under settings, change the Messaging Endpoint to your Ngrok connection and don't forget to add /api/messages

Connect to Agent

Open the emulator and message the bot. To connect to agent, send agent to the bot.
I am able to connect to agent.

Connect to User
Navigate to http://localhost:3978/. <----- this step is not working I am getting Unable to connect.
