Given that I know the locale, e.g. "en", "fr ", how do instruct my ember cli app which compiled handlebars templates to use?

Given a file structure of:

• en
  • user
    • profile.json
    • projects
      • edit.json
    • index.json

user.profile.string1 works as expected. user.projects.edit.string1 does not, however. You have to use user.projects/edit.string1. Why is this?

Documentation indicated that you can install using npm install --save-dev broccoli-ember-i18n-precompile but the npm registry doesn't recognize the package name.
