• Replace println("[OnHand] ...") statements with debug logging with Timber or similar lib

viewModelScope uses Dispatchers.Main.immediate coroutine scope - this causes an IllegalStateException when doing Network/DB operations. Revisit coroutine scoping model by either using flowOn() to control upstream scope, or explicitly enforce these operation to be run on the default IO dispatcher.

Research + implement analytics for:

• error states
• general information (# of ingredients in pantry, # of api calls per unit time, performance, etc)

On navigation away from custom recipe screen with input entered, show confirmation dialogue so unsaved changes are cleared less easily

• Split each module into api/impl (where applicable) to expose min set of information to dependencies
