Only the first 50 action plans get shown about jethro-pmm

In attempting to reproduce this I created 51 action plans on the page Admin -> Action Plans, all of which are showing. How do I execute the plans so that only the first 50 are showing?

Three places I can think of:

1. On the families > add page
2. when viewing an individual person and you click the "execute action plan" link near bottom left
3. in the bulk actions chooser (eg at the bottom of persons > list all) when you choose "execute an action plan"

This bug report was sent in by a user - I haven't replicated it myself.

(I am impressed that you managed to create 50 action plans - I hope you weren't clicking for hours!!)

Tested the locations above with 60 action plans in my system. Cannot replicate the problem
