Add plex to service discovery
the reverse proxy configuration from linuxserver is broken for plex
Break GUI into separate repository
the web GUI should be a submodule since the projects are independent. it's also been left behind since service discovery has taken precedence and hasn't gotten the attention it deserves.
hardlink vs copy
supposedly using different volumes for /downloads and /tv + /movies causes starr apps to copy the files (slowly) instead of using hardlinks.
Solution: allow starr apps to access root file structure /media/plex on kronos - could be added to .env
Exposed ports
Since the service discovery has been implemented, it's still possible to go around the reverse proxy and hit each service directly at their exposed port. the ports should only be accessible to other services inside the docker network
