Is there a reason SVGs are not supported?

There seems to be an explicit check here:

Also, for SVGs there are many attributes, many not yet explicitly coded in Seed ( such as fill-rule ), so using the generic "attribute_key" => "attribute_value" makes more sense now in my opinion, instead of the current At:: with pascal-case .

Update: the remaining SVG attributes might be merged here: seed-rs/seed#209, but there are still some other properties missing
