The maximum number of observations that can be queried and retrieved is limited by API limits set by the Open Geography Portal.
Each datasets available on the portal has different API response limits.
For example, the LSOA and OA datasets both have a 2000 request limit.
This means that if all boundaries are queried for England and Wales, only 2000 of these will be retrieved.

I will later update this repository to include a dictionary of boundary codes/names, which will allow me to request all boundaries for a place through chunking.
