Every time it gets to just past the downloading the game state and getting ready to start and then the game crashes out. However if you just add a ".old" to the dll the game runs fine. So because it never loads I don't get any kind of logs to post here.

After the most recent patch on Feb 6 2024, the game no longer loads when using the community mod. It crashes to desktop upon loading the game.

The Hotkey "N" for "manage" (a ship) from the original game is however gone.
It works in the dock and also outside, e.g. to check officers and so on.

Can you please add it back?

I installed the Community Edition of Visual Studio and was able to complete the build, however I usually use the JetBrains IDE, C Lion. It will not build there. Just wondering if anyone else uses C Lion and what I need to do to make it work. I have the professional versions of all the JetBrains IDEs and am more comfortable working with them.

Is it possible to compile this patch so it works with the macOS client?

(I guess not, because the game is a single binary on Mac and you can't compile a new one without the STFC code, but I would be glad to be told otherwise.)

I have the latest release from here. The only thing that I have seen not to work is the one that to back you out of the claim screens.
Also I found that the show cargo screen when clicking on anything, does not work when all key shortcuts are trued off.
Not sure if they changed some with the new patch if that's what is making the skip claim screens not to work.

Could not find the hotkey for locate from the original hotkeys.

I'm on Version 0.5.4 and happens since update.

When changing some of the hotkeys in the config they are not assigned.

ie: changing

# Zoom in/out zoom_in = 'KEYMINUS' zoom_out = 'KEYPLUS'

is not working. others are the same issue.
