In building the Steeltoe version of this lab I ran into an issue where my image policies prevented cert-manager from creating new certificates since the solver needed to be pulled from an outside repository (quay.io, I think). Rather than allow a broader trust setting I instead patched cert-manager to use a replicated copy of the solver.

The other lab has some harbor setup for the replication and a script that patches cert-manager. Those should probably be applied here as well.

Ideally they should be moved here and referenced from the other repository like it currently does for other setup.
