Create a docker image for any user to use as docker container locally.

• Modify Code for Docker Container usage (maybe a Flask App)
• Add capability to load/mount directory to container for In-container usage
• Add JSON/YAML based specifiers (like Kubernetes)
• Save file to host machine
• Create UI (optional) - use as Sidecar
