Failed to lift container in Windows 10

SO: Windows 10

Solo falla al ejecutarse en docker, cuando se ejecuta local, funciona normal ✌️

descargar repositorio

ejecutar docker-compose build

ejecutar docker-compose up

si ejecuto el npm install sin docker, se crea la carpeta node_modules y luego al ejecutar docker, aparece el siguiente error.
