What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete OptimFROG.dll from KSP folder while KSP is not running
2. Start KSP (bass_ofr.dll won't be loaded)
3. Go to Setup->KSP->Plugins and load bass_ofr.dll
4. KSP will give information that all plugins have been loaded however
using Process Explorer proves that bass_ofr.dll is not loaded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

User should be able to mark network stream. This marks should be given by
user and not modified by KSP itself (as it is in case of Media Library items)

When opening a new file it is very annoying that the filter starts for 
playlists, while 100% of the times I want to open a new mp3 file. I fixed the 
compilation and set the default filter to be the *.*

The program freezes when playing a music, possibly because of this dialog which 
shows a message saying that the music was started, but could be because of 
something else. In any case the problem isn't caused by my patch.

Please respond if you see this report, because I tryed to contact you by e-mail 
and got no answer. If you do not answer I will have to consider that you are no 
longer interrested in the project and I will need to fork it.

Not all captions properly reset while playing network streams.

Time elapsed label is not reset

Media Library progress bar not in default state if no songs in Media 
Library are present

Since it is possible to obtain some information about currently played
stream then this tab should be also updated with this information (not just
playlist)

User should be able to use custom plugins stored in user folder and
available only to that user. For instance such plugins should be stored in
<user home directory>\.KSP\plugins. 
KSP should first search for plugins in KSP installation folder (general
plugins) then in user data folder. If user tries to load custom version of
plugin that is already installed as general then such plugin won't be loaded.

Start KSP, Go to ABout, back to Welcome and then again About. About tab is
not painted. In order to repaint it perform some action such as resize KSP
window

Even if no songs are present in Media Library still Library tab is 
present. Not bug but still it should be hidden. It should be automatically 
hidden or shown depending on media folders scan result.

KSP definitely lacks of Equalizer

- Equalizer should support 8-32 bands
- Equalizer should always use 32 bands. In case that user decides to use
for instance only 10 bands proper
values should be calculated automatically   

KSP should have XMPF playlists support (read and write). Those playlists
are used by icecast. Lack of support of them may result in user's confusion.

Main tabs (with Welcome, Library and so on) captions can't be translated.
Main Media Library tree view can't be translated
Configuration tree view can't be translated
