How to use

After installation and activation, you should go in settings (File → Preferences on Windows, or Code → Preferences on OSX), choose File Icon Theme, and select Icons.

New Folder Icon

Hey, I love the theme. Feels a lot more aesthetic than the default Material Icons.

I would love to see some more folder icons that follow some common .net project naming standards. Like 'DTO', 'ViewModel' etc.

Icon for .cjs files

Currently .cjs files have no icon.
It would be nicer if they also have the JS icon.

Add Icon for Flutters bloc package

I really love the theme!

Do you consider add icon for reducer or reducers folders?
In my opinion it could be the same as for providers.

Light folders

Hey, love this icon pack, it would be great to have the option to use a lighter folder color for better contrast with dark themes.

Icon for .pyx files?

.directory and Spring Boot YAML

Hi, I love your icons and would like to contribute with some ideas.
Here are some things that annoy me on a daily basis, and probably many others.

• .directory files are KDE specific property files for specific folders, like Desktop.
• The YAML files in question here are specific for Spring Boot projects, and for some reason they don't use the ordiary YAML file icon, as shown on the bottom. I guess the reason for that is the application... or bootstrap... prefix in the file name.

Cargo Folder Icons?

Hey there, I love your icon extension. I was wondering if you could add an icon set for the .cargo folder? Preferrably the icon would be the crates.io icon.

.cargo is for the Rust programming language.

Nest icons not recognized when using workspaces

All is recognized as angular files or ts

• guard uses angular icon
• service uses angular icon
• controller uses ts icon
• module uses ts icon

Mojo Icon Request

I think this is the best icon pack for vscode, it'd be nice if it had a file icon for the new Mojo language.

Storage/Handlers/Managers/Systems folder icons

Heya! Loving the icon themes, really a step up from the one I had, but I was wondering if we could have some love for the those folder names? personally Handlers, managers, systems are pretty much the same thing or really overlap, but in ROBLOX, the platform I work with to develop, people really like to use those folder names, and it would be really nice to have some folder icons for those.

Finally would it be also possible to add some sort of icon for storage folders?

Amazing work! Hopefully it is possible.

Edit: Hell I noticed controllers and services share the same gear icon, to lower the overhead, it would be fine if the ones I mentioned also did, except for storage, obviously.

[FEATURE REQUEST] Active Icon Pack Option

Hello thanks for this amazing extension!

If at least we could choose the Active Icon Pack the same as in the MaterialIcons extension, for example I can select nest or angular and the icons will change accordingly.

I loved the NestJS icons for controller, service and module being the NestJS logo, but with their corresponding color (blue, yellow, red) instead of the Angular icons.

Hope this is added in the future. Wishing you all health, peace, and success.

Update android icon

Hello, it would be nice to update the android icon to the latest icon.

NestJs Icons does not work!

NestJS Icons doesn't work well on mac, some icons assume the Angular logo and others by default assume the typescript logo.

New folders

I use your theme for my personal projects and at work as well, this is really aesthetic thing.
What do you think about adding icon for folder 'actions'?
It would be nice to have sth like that, relating to naming folders in react web projects which use redux.
Maybe do you also consider setting icon for 'redux' folder?

Icons in spanish language

I love this icons, the problem is that for my folders for example, instead of Templates or Model, or Controller i write it in spanish like Plantillas, Controlador, Modelo.

Add new folders

Please, apply icons for folders with a prefixes. Ex: _fildername should use the same folder icon as for foldername.

I have made an icon for .luarc/.luacheckrc/.luacov files based on icons such as tsconfig.json and it would be great if it was added 😉

The NestJS files always display an A (Angular) icon.

.jsonc file support / deno.jsonc

1. Latest versions of deno changed the default config file from deno.json to deno.jsonc (generated by default by deno init) - deno.jsonc should have the same icon as deno.json
2. Other .jsonc files should use the same icon as .json

Computational Biology Icons

probably a long shot but would love to have comp-bio related file types! like fasta/fastq, bed/bedgraph, indices, etc. If you think it would be a good addition I can definitely make a list of file types and their descriptions

Abap file icon

I am writing to kindly request your assistance in adding a specific file icon for the .ABAP file extension in your extension.

Currently, when i am working with .ABAP files, there is no distinct icon assigned to them, which can make it difficult to visually identify and differentiate them from other file types. To improve the user experience and ease of navigation within the vscode directory view, it would be highly beneficial to have a dedicated file icon specifically designed for .ABAP files.

Hi, how to make store and components folders for react redux ? Thank you!

Create custom folder icon option

It would be nice if you could create a folder with your custom icons, like in vscode-icons where you can add the svg files (for the open and closed states) to your custom folder and the extension syncs this folder with the other icons. I hope this can be implemented in next versions.

Folder icon

Could you create an icon for venv folder?

This Extension is Defined to Run in the Remote Extension Host

When working on remote SSH machines, VSCode shows, "This extension is disabled in this workspace because it is defined to run in the Remote Extension Host."

This is not a problem; I can just install it on the remote machine. But since all the other icon extensions I have used do not require running on the remote machine, I open this issue in case this extension is misconfigured accidentally.

And this icon theme is the best I have ever used :D
