Fix errors during gulp image minimize and image generate tasks.

The warnings came with gulp 3.9.1 and babel 6.

Although this is just a warning it added latency to the build process.

The gulp workflow is fragmented, create one task to add and minimize image files. Review responsive design, the generated sizes are not used right now anywhere on the site.

Update config.yml as described in the file in comments. Update all posts to GitHub markdown format a check all posts.

Docker syntax highlighter not working locally, but works on github in production mode.
