🚀 - Refactor `auto-approve.yml`

Description

Problem

Unfortunately, Github shows skipped jobs in the following way:

For a long list of jobs, it is difficult to notice failed jobs (because you are used that the list is always not collapsible).

Expected behaviour

🐞 - Auto-approve actions should be triggered only if all other workflows is passed

Example:
Dependent bot updates dependency. New dependency is broken and build-job is failed.
But auto-approve actions set their approves.
