Certificate not working on archive until restart

Still works after restart but this needs to be sorted out at some point

move from H2 to SQLite

H2 was updated to 2.0 because of a serious vulnerability but this new version floods the console with error messages and IntellIJ cannot connect to it because there is no driver. SQLite should be good enough for development

Test Coverage 20% minimum

After certificates are sorted out, communication between nodes and CLI are all stable, the test coverage needs to be worked on especially in common modules and basic services

Update README

Instructions in readme need to be updated because some of the commands have changed
