Add ability to configure text effect speed

Hey!

Loving using the library in my project, however it would be neat to be able to configure the speeds of bounce, shake, swing and spin (there are probably others).

I was thinking something like [bounce sp=0.3] or something, but that doesn't really go with the theme of using separate tags, so perhaps [bounce][effect_speed=0.3]bouncy text[/effect_speed][/bounce]?

Again, thanks for the library! It's pretty nice specifying fancy effects by just using bbcode-like tags :)

Feature Request: getting width and height of resulting text

It would be nice if on :send ing the text library would do a dry-run of text building routine to calculate bounding box covering all of text.

This feature would be extremely helpful for drawing background of proper size and similar tasks.

"UTF-8 decoding error: Not enough space" when using Japanese Text

using Japanese text with Text:send('確認」を押して続行します') produces an error.

Error: lib/slog-text.lua:326: UTF-8 decoding error: Not enough space
stack traceback:
        [string "boot.lua"]:777: in function <[string "boot.lua"]:773>

        [string "boot.lua"]:793: in function <[string "boot.lua"]:780>
        [C]: in function 'xpcall'

This only occurs in context of the library and does not occur with love.graphics.print

Is there a way to scale the text?

In my game I need to scale the text based on the screen.
I would expect something like a scale that I would pass to the draw function.
No other ways seem to work for me.
