keep jobs in case connection to server is lost

The bot discards als pending jobs in case of an error - no matter what kind of error it is.

Since the server may be unresponsive or get restarted the bot should keep the pending messages if

server is unreachable
server returns error 429 - retry later

error: 'Room account data not found'

I keep getting some error after adding the bot to any group:

I tried to delete all session and recreate one with: npm run login https://matrix.your-homeserver.url @your-bot-name:your-homeserver.url **secret** and after that inviting the bot to a new

I also get this king of error sometimes:

Maybe Matrix Bot Sdk isn't updated anymore?
