Steps: 1. Open terminal and type "python 2017ucp1389.py". 2. Enter 3 space separated integers denoting the number of cities, number of hotspots and the maximum distance travelled by the virus (as n, h and x respectively). 3. Enter "h" hotpsots as space separated integers 4. For the next "n-1" lines enter 2 space separated integers u and v denoting the existence of road between city u and city v. 5. The result gives the possible number of epicenters and -1 if no epicentre is possible.
