Please add a dependency of sass-lint in package.json

Ignore node_modules files.

Can someone help me?
I'm trying to ignore node_modules files.

plugins: [ new SassLintPlugin({ ignoreFiles: [ path.resolve('/node_modules/'), ] }) ]

Plugin seems to not resepct `max-warnings` option

Having a sass-lint.yml with

options:
  max-warnings: 0

the plugin will not push any error into compilation.errors, so the build won't fail.

Command line behaves as expected:

> npx sass-lint                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Number of warnings (940) exceeds the allowed maximum of 0.

Is it intended? if not, are you interested in supporting this option?

configFile not working?

          ignore: ['node_modules/**/*']
        }
      }
    }),

I try to use configFile, but it seems not using the one I set.

console.log(path.resolve(__dirname, '../../../.sass-lint.yml'));
Users/xxx/Desktop/projects/build-cli/.sass-lint.yml

The output path is correct, but SassLintPlugin seems not using the one custom settings, just using the default settings.
