Make compiled contracts interface with ERC20 contracts

Currently, we use the TMC contracts which does not follow the ERC20 contracts. Since ERC20 is a ubiquitous standard on the Ethereum blockchain, we need to make our compiler interface with that.

  • Replace the "Cancel" method with an "Activate" method
  • Use the "TransferFrom" ERC20 method to transfer from the parties' balances to the DC.
  • Change the call to "TransferFrom" used in the current "Execute" method to a call to "Transfer".
