Add the ability to include a month or year along with the -p flag to only purge that flag.
I suggest also using all instead of just the -p flag alone to prevent accidental purging.

After a recent Pull Request, the backends no longer wrap commands with the command built-in.

Should this be changed back, or be prefixed with the bash-specific command escaping to prevent aliases from being referenced, as opposed to the binaries themselves?

Or rather, should we embrace aliases?

If the former, should we include a flag that allows users to pass their own flags to the commands?

Using the -t flag with nougat, regardless of other flags, doesn't copy screenshots to the clipboard when the -c flag is used.

Use libnotify to send out notifications on successful screenshot captures and failures to take screenshot.

When removing or commenting out NOUGAT_LINKING_POLICY nougat still tries to create links.

Fix forthcoming.

Tested with nougat -st, nougat -stc, nougat -stf and nougat -stfc
It works fine if you combine with -s with any non -t flag.

Is there a way to add options for maim, and if there isn't, can this be added to the config, or with the use of a option flag?

In imgur-screenshot's config there is this

screenshot_select_command="maim -s -m 10 %img -b 3 -c 0.3,0.4,0.6,0.4 -u"
screenshot_window_command="maim -m 10 %img -b 3 -c 0.3,0.4,0.6,0.4 -u"

This way I can customize my maim selection box, but it doesn't seem possible with nougat.
