Incorrect download speed value and throws error when requesting speed on idle

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a running instance of an app consuming the plugin -
2. Invoke networkspeed.getNetworkSpeed((value) => console.log(value), (error) => console.error(error))
3. 'value' is always <= 1
4. throws 'Division by zero' error when invoked on idle

Expected behavior

1. 'value' to be accurate download speed in 'KB'
2. 'value' to be 0 when invoked on idle
