Buttons Screwed Up On First Visit

Buttons are in the wrong order when you first visit the page. Need to fix.

Page really small on mobile.

The page, text and buttons are too small on mobile and I need to make them more accessible.

Buttons broken on iOS

The light mode and dark mode buttons are broken as they show up in the opposite order on iOS. This issue does not affect Android.
