Token authentication via request header support? about rocket_pants

Indeed there is.

Since APISmith::Client (and by association, RocketPants::Client) use HTTParty under the hood, you basically just need to pass through the authorization as a header:

Basically, you need to pass the option equivelant of:

{:headers => {'Authorization' => ActionController::HttpAuthentication::Token.encode_credentials("THE TOKEN")}}

E.g:

def base_request_options
  {:headers => {'Authorization' => ActionController::HttpAuthentication::Token.encode_credentials("THE TOKEN")}}
end

and it should work.
