Everything works ok, registration, logging, but when I make a 'share your ride' and when I want to send request, there are a problem in addCarShare.php (error23!) and notifications notification.php (error !!!).

Hi,
I tried to install this app om my server..
But when i acces intialise.php, fill the form and click on initialise...
The page goes blank... nothing is show...

So, I tried to acces index.php and the first page, for register and login, are show...
When I click on register, I can do my resgistration, but when I try to log in, the blank page say "Hello Buddy" for me again....
Help here?
