Display list of new tickets
Display not exited yet tickets in the system. (has no DateOut data)
Display list of closed tickets
Tickets that already exited.
Should display:
DateOutParkingFee
Create local setting that store current gate Id

App.Settings.Current.GateId
Issuing parking ticket
Web page URL is at /gate-in.
Enter plate number then click button "Issue Parking Ticket"
- landing page
- should generate Parking Ticket as a PDF file in the system.
- insert into database
- open barrier
Update navigation bar
Display Application Name as "Parking Space"
Menus:
- Gate In (/gate-in)
- Gate Out (/gate-out)
- Tickets (/tickets)
New ticket uses gate id from current setting
