How to set header tab borders properly on gtk ?

I’m on Arch Linux setting up my GTK+ 3.24.10 themes, and my header tab borders doesn’t show up when I launch any app normally. Here how it looks now in Compiz : Picture1

And here as it must be with GTK Debugger :
Picture2

So how can I fix it in the gtk.css file (or anywhere else) ?
