In Making_Tracks:_Drivelines_and_Checklines.md

line 41-49 the "checkline groups" are mentioned, but there is no example picture illustration to clearly visualized.

So I've added a "Making_server.md" page if my modification request ends up being validated. I think it would be useful to share a simple step-by-step example of how to set up a STK server in this page.

The option for 'Filipino' in the language selector does not show up properly (has blank text)

I translated the website to Filipino, and I noticed that the option doesn't show up. I can go to 'https://supertuxkart.net/fil/Main_Page' to go to the Filipino version, but that's annoying and not easily accessible to the end user.

But then I noticed that the option IS there, but for some reason has blank text, meaning you can't select it.

It is also possible that some languages will have the same issue, but only time will tell if someone translates it to a new language.
