Currently the Bouncer class raises a KeyError instead of an attribute error when accessing non-existent variables even when running getattr on the class. It should properly handle this, and possibly just return None instead of raising when a value isn't defined.

README example shows instantiation of bouncer object as follows:
bouncer = Bouncer(config='foobar.yml', env_prefix='COOL_')

Keyword argument is config_file and not config.
