Generate pairing matrix only for Active users in the team
Currently, when we create pairing matrix, we include all the users for given time range. When someone left the team with in the time range, we can still see their data on pairing matrix which can be misleading sometime.
Proposed solution
Introduce some sort of configuration in backend side so that depends on team requirement they can generate pairing matrix for required users. Also, we have to make sure that, if nothing is configured then we have to generate matrix for all users.
